Product Authenticity & Quality

  • Original Products Only: Vendors are strictly prohibited from listing or selling “fake,” “counterfeit,” “used,” or “refurbished” items. All electronics must be brand new and 100% original.
  • Zero Tolerance Policy: Any vendor found engaging in fraud or selling non-original goods will face immediate account termination.
  • Legal & Compensation: In the event of fraud, the vendor agrees to provide full financial compensation to the affected customer and may face legal proceedings initiated by NEXZOT.

Stock Management & Order Acceptance

  • Inventory Accuracy: Vendors must ensure their stock levels are updated in real-time. Do not accept an order without physical confirmation of the item’s availability.
  • Cancellations: Accepting an order and subsequently canceling due to “out of stock” status undermines the 2-hour delivery promise. Repeated occurrences will lead to account suspension and fixed fines.

Delivery & Logistics

  • Platform Delivery: NEXZOT handles all logistics and delivery via its own fleet to ensure rapid 2-hour fulfillment.
  • Handover Speed: Once an order is accepted, the vendor must have the item packaged and ready for the NEXZOT rider within 15 minutes to maintain the delivery window.

Commissions & Withdrawals

  • Service Fee: NEXZOT deducts a fixed commission percentage from each successful sale.
  • Withdrawal Policy: Funds from a completed delivery are eligible for withdrawal once the delivery status is marked as “Completed” in the system and the return window (if applicable) has closed.

Damages, Refunds, and Warranties

  • Inspection: If a product is reported damaged, the vendor must cooperate with NEXZOT’s support team to verify the claim.
  • Store Discretion: Decisions regarding replacements or refunds are solely the responsibility of the vendor/store. NEXZOT acts only as the delivery and discovery platform; we do not take a “cut” or have a “say” in the store’s specific return/warranty decisions.
  • Customer Experience: Vendors are expected to guide customers through the brand’s official warranty process to ensure a premium experience.

Platform Role

  • The Connector: NEXZOT is a hyper-local discovery platform. We provide the digital storefront and the delivery engine. The legal contract for the sale of the physical good is between the Customer and the Store.
